Pioneers in the BTR sector, developer and operator Dandara Living have completed many successful Build to Rent schemes over the last few years. This year we partnered with the brand to deliver over 2,000 apartments across three prominent cities across the UK. In Manchester,Chapel Wharf, the largest of the sites, the development spans across four blocks featuring 995 apartments and is located near the bustling business district of the city. Then in the UK’s third largest city is Leodis Square in Leeds. A hub for banking, this scheme sits on the fringe of the cities retail and business districts. Each of the 744 apartments having ease of access to city centre life. And in Birmingham, a mid-point for cosmopolitan living, is Aston Place, which has 324 apartments. Located in the heart if the city, residents will benefit from vibrant city life just minutes away from the shops and nightlife.
Linked to the BTR ethos to deliver a heighted rental experience, Dandara Living’s new developments are designed to be fuss free in every aspect. From the simplicity of offering a variety of transport storage options to allowing residents to personalise their own living space. We have supported this concept to deliver apartments that are designed for resident in mind. Having worked with the Dandara Living for many years we have grown and developed with the company as the demands of the market have changed.
Having worked with LOFT on many projects and this year on our BTR portfolio, I have always found the team helpful and professional at every stage.
