COVID-19 Delivery Update

LOFT® will adhere to social distancing; all we ask is for you to follow suit - our SAFE DELIVERY measures will remain in place until government guidelines are relaxed / removed.

LOFT® is dedicated to providing a “one stop” property management furnishing solution for our clients and partners across the UK. Our full service includes delivery, assembly, installation and removal of all packaging.

LOFT® also offers a like-for-like removal, replacement and recycling solution for our partners.

LOFT is following government advise and guidelines and have increased hygiene levels while maintaining social distancing measures.

LOFT® can deliver between 08.00 – 20.00 Monday – Saturday.

LOFT® will keep you updated on progress with your delivery via SMS messaging & telephone calls.

We have increased our safety practices to include the following at all our distribution centers:

Social distancing in line with Government protocol.

Clear marking to delineate social distancing and increased signage to explain hygiene procedures in place in all depots.

Designated Sanitation at workstations.

Staff temperatures taken daily on arrival and recorded.

No physical signatures required in order to limit paperwork and physical contact.

Dedicated managers responsible for introducing all new protocols.

All drivers provided appropriate PPE.

Use of masks and gloves when on site (with regular hand sanitizing).

Contactless delivery is available, please specify your preference when we contact you. The goods will be left at the delivery address, we will take a photograph at the address as proof of delivery and we can forward this via email alongside the delivery note.


When a property is vacant from a change in tenancy or recent completion, our full service will continue.


If a property is occupied and the customer has not suffered from or been in contact with COVID-19 and agrees to adhere to social distancing, then our full service will continue. LOFT® will request for residents to stay in another room during installation.


LOFT® will be asking the relevant questions to ascertain this information when an order is placed and also when delivery is booked in.


Where a property is occupied or when the above cannot be confirmed, then the following will apply:

All deliveries will be processed on a case by case basis.

We will not be conducting any exchanges until further notice.

All deliveries will now be contact-free, and our delivery teams will always maintain a minimum 2 metre distance and will be issued with gloves, masks and hand sanitiser for their personal protection

We will leave the product wrapped in its place and will not be able to remove the packaging. We will not assemble the product, but all products come with instructions for self-assembly.

We will not ask you to sign for any deliveries but instead will take a picture of the product in-situ as proof of delivery. We will contact you before delivery and leave products outside your property, rear garden, garage or hallway or other location as advised while maintaining social distancing restrictions. If delivery is required to an apartment, the items will be left in communal areas or hallways.

We will not be able to remove your old furniture at this time. However, if the item is removed from the property and left outside for more than 72 hours (Doremalen et al., 2020) before delivery then the removal can take place.

Contact free collection is available from our warehouses between the hours of 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday or Saturday morning for an additional fee.
