A new and exciting BTR build in the centre of Stockport. Built on the site of the former Royal Mail sorting office, the new urban village features 117 apartments built around a stunning atrium. The buildings design brings in a new biophilic quality to the area with roof top gardens and a large living green wall, the largest living wall in the North of England with 114,5000 plants. Working with the client we curated the furniture of the apartments to be sympathetic to the building’s surroundings but also contemporary and modern for a young professional market. Keeping to a subtle colour palette of smoky grey’s and deep greens, we complimented the colours with polished black woodgrain textures and metal finishes.
