LOFT Business Portal

Place business orders online

LOFT Business Portal is the new online portal which makes ordering from LOFT easier than ever before.

It allows exclusive LOFT Business Partners to log in and place orders which can be sent to their customers. All connected to their credit accounts and LOFT’s live stock feeds.

LOFT Business Portal is currently being offered on an invitation-only basis. If you’d like to be considered for this scheme please fill in the form below.

Who should sign up

We're looking for businesses to partner with who:

  • Have an existing credit account with LOFT or are interested in signing up for one
  • Place orders to different addresses (such as an agency who sends orders to properties)

What is the LOFT Business Portal

LOFT Business Portal partners can gain access to a personalised online service that simplifies the purchasing process and provides a host of exclusive benefits.

Having an online account enables users to manage their orders efficiently at any time of the day. With an account, customers can place orders for furniture directly, all based on their company’s credit limit.

They will also have access to LOFT’s excellent customer service and account manages, who can help with any queries.

Also, if you have a more complex order, or require special arrangements for your furniture delivery and installation, we’ll be able to track your Business Portal account easily.

An online account also allows for the saving of preferred payment methods and shipping addresses, reducing the risk of mistakes, and making the shopping experience more convenient and less time-consuming.

What Tenants Are Actually Telling the Rental Sector
Goodlord's 2026 report surveyed 2,650 letting agents, landlords, and tenants. The conclusions make uncomfortable reading across the board. But buried within the findings is a signal that cuts through the noise about regulation, technology, and fee structures. When tenants are asked what would most transform their experience of renting, the answer isn't an app or a piece of legislation. It's the state of their home.
Why Furniture Packages Are the Smarter Way to Furnish a Rental Property
Furnishing a rental property has always involved a balancing act - quality versus cost, speed versus choice, consistency versus convenience. For landlords managing one or two buy-to-lets, piecemeal sourcing from multiple retailers might just about work. But as the rental market shifts, that approach is becoming increasingly hard to justify.
