With the brief in place, we begin exploring the contextual, practical, and inspirational foundations that will shape the design direction.

Translating R&D insights into high-level creative directions. The focus here is on atmosphere, materiality, and spatial character.

Refining the chosen concept into a practical and fully planned design solution, integrating technical and functional requirements.

We curate and specify all FF&E, providing a fully itemised, costed proposal for procurement.

All drawings, specifications, and details are approved by the client, preparing the project for implementation.

The design is now brought to life. We manage or support installation and fit-out to ensure the concept is delivered as intended.

Final inspections are carried out to ensure quality and completeness, followed by client handover.
