Embassy is a Greater Manchester-based charity that helps people break the cycle of homelessness by providing homes, skills training and wraparound support.

Embassy Village is a community of 40 high quality homes in Manchester with a village hall and green space for sports, socialising and growing plants. 

This is a different type of shelter to the traditional model. As well as a home, the village provides personalised support, community living and peer support. 

LOFT has supported Embassy in a number of creative ways over the years. From giving money, staff fundraisers, LOFT staff volunteering and even employing some Embassy residents. 

For Embassy village, we have provided over 300 units of furniture for the village, as well as helping with women’s accommodation and kitting out the office.

"Embassy exists to help alleviate homelessness within Manchester by providing safe and secure supported accommodation, the Embassy support team then work closely with each resident to help rebuild their confidence and skillsets to live independently.  Working with strategic partners like LOFT, together we can provide top quality furnishings for our accommodation as well as residents move on accommodation.
