The LOFT Warehouse Outlet was recently tasked with fully furnishing and property staging a 2-bedroom premium apartment on a tight budget.
The property is situated in the heart of Manchester at Viadux, boasted an incredible space and required a comprehensive and stylish design for its listing.
The client wanted to achieve a premium feel and service without the premium price.

Installation Timeline
- June: Client first visits the LOFT Warehouse Outlet. Furniture chosen and held, but delays in construction meant it couldn't be installed.
- 6th August: Greenlight given on installation
- 7th August: Delivery and installation began
- 9th August: Property listed online
- 13th August: Let Agreed

- Synchronised design within customised furniture package. Each piece was hand-picked with reason given
- Consistent budget control on my behalf
- Honest and transparent, no up-sell, even happy to incorporate furniture I plan to buy elsewhere (Argos & Amazon) into design ideas
- International call and text via WhatsApp plus email. Even when I changed my idea 3 times I still get updated quotes within the day.

It took me some time to sort out the property, but LOFT could hold the stock for 2 months or more. Warm checking-in and communications were there throughout that period.
Once I'm ready for the furniture, it only took them 24 hours to delivery+ install + stage.
I can't believe I got the design and staging services as well. That could have costed £2000 more.
Other companies made it a pain to swap out items when you order packages, let alone customising it according to my taste and making sure it'll look great within the space.
