Comfortable, luxurious BTR apartments in Salford – How we showed residents they could have it all.
Renters in Manchester have a multitude of choice at their fingertips, so what have we done to set Anaconda Cut a cut above the rest?
As a BTR, this development naturally came with premium amenities – such as a concierge service, cinema room, gym etc. What we did for the project was not only mirror the quality of the amenities and the building within the apartments but elevate them to further surpass expectations.
We provided renters with the opportunity to live in opulently luxurious interior design surroundings on a riverside tower in the bustling hive of Manchester.
Inspired by the surrounding picturesque scenes of both the city and the riverside, our team wanted to design interiors to accentuate the views while also utilising the space in the apartments as efficiently as possible. We were given creative scope to develop three high-end looks to appeal to an affluent and eclectic audience.
We made the open plan living spaces within the apartments warm and inviting, matching the interior finishes. A subtle, elegant colour palette of creamy tones paired with black marbles elevated the space's appearance through classic colours and timeless textures. Bursts of colour were splashed through the design through bold, hand-picked accessories and soft furnishings.
For the Amenity Space we created a space that was sympathetic and reflective of the quality in the existing fixtures and materials. Infusing carved woods with brass detailing, velvet fabrics and round pouffes created warmth, versatility and intrigue within the space.
All of the designs were designed to stand out in understated luxury. Our team sourced high-end accessories and final touches that would inspire prospective buyers, as they aspire for the potential lifestyle we created.
Our teams worked closely with the client to not only make the vision for the building come to life but further elevate the design and exceed timescale expectations through our efficient delivery and installation.
From our dedicated Project Managers and Design team to our Delivery, Installation and Aftercare teams, the transitions were seamless and efficient to ensure each of the 349 units, plus the large amenity space, got the individual attention they deserved.
We also designed two luxurious, bespoke show apartments to showcase the potential of the enhanced living experience within Anaconda Cut.
