It comprises 34 studios and a number of shared spaces, all purposefully designed with students in mind.
The location in Lancaster means it services the University of Lancaster and Cumbria University.
The city centre is only a few minutes away, with bars, restaurants and shopping on residents’ doorsteps. Plus, it benefits from being only 10 minutes' walk from the train station, connecting Lancaster to the rest of the country.

Loose and Fitted Furniture from LOFT
The Developers of the Pump House, Bansco, needed a company to provide the loose and fitted furniture for development. LOFT was able to able to supply these to the high specifications of this stylish development.
We have over 20 years of experience in providing furniture to student properties and in that time, have developed a nuanced understanding of what works best for the PBSA.
As well as this, we have formed close relationships with a number factories and manufacturers which share our values and meet our stringent auditing process.

Over the summer period, LOFT installed the studios with bespoke fitted bedrooms and kitchens, as well as some pieces of loose furniture. Ensuring that the properties were fully furnished and ready for students to move into in the new academic year.
In total, it took 6 weeks to fully complete the 34 studios.
