Managing Director
Ben started Buy to Let Furnishings in 2003 offering a property management solution, in 2004 the company became LOFT Interiors, providing furniture packages as well to offer a “one stop” solution. From 2014 LOFT have been furnishing PRS developments providing a high-volume, high intensity service for the growing PRS sector.

Commercial Director
Karen has worked for LOFT since 2008 and uses her strong analytical and problem solving skills to understand a client’s contractual requirements and help value engineer LOFT’s offerings to ensure the client is being offered the best possible price and service level.

Finance Director
Debbie is a highly accomplished Finance professional with +10 years’ leadership and management experience in fast paced business environments, combining operational and strategic roles.

Head of HR and Employee Experience
Nerys has over 25 years of people management experience. Being part of LOFT’s Senior Leadership Team she always looks to manage and maintain costs and budgets, develop all of the LOFT team to their full potential and offers support and advice to all.

Project Director
Ben joined LOFT in 2019, with over 12 years experience in commercial and project management within the interiors sector. Ben has joined the team to oversee smooth transition from project development to on site delivery. Ensuring client satisfaction when working in partnership with LOFT.

Project Sales Manager
Claire has been with LOFT for 10 years, previous experience within the lettings sector has given her in-depth knowledge of the property industry. She has a broad understanding of the customers’ needs and is constantly sourcing new products to keep up with the demands.

Head of Design
Lauren has worked in the Interior Design and Furniture Industry for the past 13 years and has an experience in hospitality interiors and bespoke furniture as well as contract and residential markets. Lauren is responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our design and creative output.

Marketing Manager
Kelly joined LOFT in 2017 as Marketing Manager having worked over 14 years within the construction and property sector. With this wealth of knowledge and experience of business to business marketing, Kelly is responsible for all aspects of marketing for LOFT, supported by a talented Marketing Team.

Head of Design (South)
Nicola joined LOFT after spending three years running her own design consultancy, which focused on workplace and hospitality interiors. Her passion is working artists and sourcing quality crafted furniture – the small details that come together to make a beautiful interior space.

Operations Manager North
Craig was one of LOFT’s first employees. Through dedication, loyalty and continuous learning and development, he has progressed through various roles to become the head of Project Management.

Operations Manager South
Kate joined LOFT in 2019 with 30 years experience from start up to established businesses introducing handheld & systems, structure and process with warehouse expertise. Kate has also been key in bringing teams together to give ultimate customer service.
