Modernising a period property
LOFT Interior Designers were tasked with transforming this grand property into a modern Airbnb.
This Grade II listed property has plenty of period features, including an impressive fireplace and ceiling in the living room. The large rooms also needed furniture to fit the space, without looking too cluttered.
The client wanted furniture and accessories which felt modern and relevant to today, while complementing the property.
Interior Design by LOFT
The Interior Design team chose furniture inspired by the property and to match the brief.
- We used a marble dining table and coffee tables to match the grand feel of the property
- A large seating area was created around the fire place with plenty of comfortable seating to encourage conversation
- Pops of yellow and blue were used to create visual consistency throughout the home
The client was really happy with how impressive the property is, while remaining really comfortable and welcoming to guests.
