LOFT worked closely with this client to bring their serviced accommodation to life. Holly House, a three-bedroom property, was getting a huge upgrade and LOFT were there to provide our expert Serviced Accommodation interior design and furniture service.
When it came to refurbishing the property, LOFT advised on colour choices for the rooms. As well as this, we worked with client's contractor to design in built cupboards and shelving in living room.
LOFT then provided a bespoke quote for furniture ideal for the Serviced Accommodation industry and tailored to Holly House.
Furnishing a Serviced Accommodation
Once the client was happy, in one day the LOFT team:
- Delivered and installed the furniture.
- Removed all the excess packaging to be recycled at our in-house recycling facility.
- Fully staged it, ready for professional photography and ultimately guests.
Being involved from start to finish of this process allowed us to give a really personalised, flexible service that worked for the client’s requirements.
