LOFT have helped We Are Kin to achieve this mission since 2020, and have worked together every year since. We provide furniture for their Student HMOs on a replenishment basis.

LOFT’s Operational capability
We Are Kin requires furniture to be installed in numerous properties across six cities in the North and Midlands of England. These student HMOs varied in size, from 1-bed apartments to 6-bed houses.
Being student accommodation, there was a limited window of time over the summer holidays during which the properties could be accessed.
LOFT would make two trips to each property in need of new furniture. Firstly, to remove the existing furniture to bring back to our recycling hub – LOFT Renewal.
This then gives We Are Kin the opportunity to renovate the properties more easily. Then, when the properties are done, LOFT would return to install the new furniture.
This gives the students starting in September a completely fresh home, ready to call their own for the academic year.
As well as this, LOFT provides We Are Kin with ongoing replenishment services across their portfolio.
A New Era in Waste Management
LOFT has a dedicated recycling hub at our warehouse in Manchester where we are able to handle and process waste more efficiently and consciously.
