Interior Design
In partnership with Grainger, LOFT applied its People First Design approach to deliver durable and stylish furnishings for Glasshouse Square, supporting a comfortable and functional living environment from day one. This collaboration builds on a series of projects delivered together nationwide, creating interiors with Grainger’s timeless aesthetic which suits a wide range of residents.
The scheme was designed to create a calm, natural-style interior, using a soft and airy palette to enhance openness and maximise natural light. Soft neutrals are complemented by light oak finishes and greens, introducing warmth and interest throughout.
As well as this, many of the apartments feature private balconies to extend the living spaces and offer valuable moments of outside privacy.
Furniture Selection
Furniture was carefully selected to prioritise flow and spatial efficiency, with a mixture of rounded and square dining tables used throughout the scheme.
While the Everly chair offers comfort without visual bulk. Each element was selected to support a seamless, considered living environment.
Large-scale artwork was incorporated within the show apartments to demonstrate how the spaces could be styled, drawing the eye upward to enhance the perception of space while adding depth, colour and character.
