LOFT mobilised to furnish this Build to Rent development, only eight weeks after initial enquiry
When Watkin Jones approached LOFT to furnish Lady Pirie in Belfast as quickly as possible, we were well positioned to deliver the project within a short timeframe.
The brief comprised furniture for the entire development, including 70 apartments, three show flats and the reception area, alongside the provision of window treatments.

Project Delivery
Drawing on LOFT’s substantial furniture warehouse in Manchester, available from stock for immediate despatch, and extensive network of partners, we developed a furniture solution that could be delivered and installed efficiently in Northern Ireland.
This included sending our in-house Interior Design team to the Lady Pirie site to style the show flats and reception area.
From initial order to completion, LOFT delivered the project within eight weeks in total, with the show flat installation completed within two weeks.
Outcome
Despite the logistical considerations of delivering in Northern Ireland, LOFT mobilised quickly and achieved an exceptionally fast turnaround.
